When to book an in-studio consultation

A treatment can be performed perfectly with the necessary checks on the day of your appointment. Book an in-studio consultation in Cascais if you want to see before you commit — with a full hair-by-hair pencil simulation drawn on your skin — or if you already have previous permanent makeup, microblading, powder brows or an old tattoo from another artist. This is the “see before commit” step.

Virtual consultation is a complimentary 15-minute video call for clients with natural brows who have general questions about techniques, healing, pricing or the treatment process. Please attach clear brow photos before submitting the form so Sabrina can review them before the call and provide more relevant guidance. If you have previous PMU, microblading, an eyebrow tattoo or laser removal, a virtual consultation cannot determine whether a new treatment is possible. In these cases, an in-person consultation is required.

How to send your photos

Attach your brow photos directly below before sending the form (or reply to our confirmation email later). Please follow these rules so the photos are actually usable:

Good, even light — natural daylight is best, no harsh shadows.
No makeup on the brows or around the eyes.
Use the rear camera of your phone — not the selfie camera — and ask someone to take the photo. Selfie-camera photos are too low-resolution and distorted.
Sharp focus, brows fully in frame.
One frontal photo looking straight at the camera, plus one side photo of each brow (left and right profile).

The photos let Sabrina assess your natural brow shape and skin condition. You will then receive a short medical questionnaire by email to rule out any contraindications; once both are reviewed, we confirm the treatment date — no consultation required.
